Dani Prades appointed von Humbold Professor

Dani Prades has been appointed Alexander von Humbold Full Professor (W3) for “Distributed Sensing” at
Technische Universität Braunschweig
, Germany – a big loss for the FOXES project but a great recognition for Prades!

The Alexander von Humboldt Professorship is Germany’s most valuable research award, tailored to brings top international researchers to German universities. It provides up to €5 million award money to finance a professorship for the first five years.

The FOXES team at the University of Barcelona is now headed by Oscar Alonso.
